STRENGTH:  to be fit, a person must be strong.  The good news: everyone can get strong!  Increased strength leads to all the things we want on physical activities – better endurance; better flexibility; more power. 

Building strength also increases our muscle size.  And, as we build muscle, we boost our metabolism, burning more calories even as we sit or sleep.  And a boosted metabolism leads to a more toned body.  Or, maybe you want to increase your performance?
